Please reach out to John Walker directly if you are any of the following:\n\n\n Returning vendor from last year (MUST register before May 1)\n Local nonprofit\n Local crafter (from within SAD 44) seeking a 5'x10' space under the Local Craft Tent\n\n\nTo be placed on the waiting list\, register online or print and return one of the following applications:\n\n\n\nPrint a Craft/Art Vendor Application\n\nPrint a Non-Profit Application\n\nPrint a Food Vendor Application \n\n\n\nRULES FOR ALL VENDORS:\n\n\n Bethel Summerfest is a rain or shine event.\n Bethel Summerfest is a non-smoking event.\n Vendors must staff their booths from 10am-4pm unless severe weather becomes a factor.\n Set-up times: July 14\, Friday evening\, 4-7pm (NO overnight security available) and July 15\, Saturday morning\, 7-10am.\n Vendors must be set up by 10am\, and vehicles moved to off-street parking.\n Space: Your 10'x10' tent plus 2' of clearance on each side = 14'x14' total space. \n Tents\, tables\, and chairs are NOT provided. \n Tents must be staked and preferably also weighted with anchors.\n Location or designated boundaries of any booth space may not be changed. \n Vendors may stay open through the fireworks until approximately 9:00pm\, if they wish.\n Exhibitors must sell his/her products only. Original designs preferred.\n Pets must be on leash and waste removed.\n $10 fee for all cancellations before June 26. \n No refunds after June 26\, unless the Chamber cancels this event for any reason.
