We are now taking applications to be on a waiting list for 2023 Summerfest vendors. Please reach out to John Walker directly if you are any of the following:
- Returning vendor from last year (MUST register before May 1)
- Local nonprofit
- Local crafter (from within SAD 44) seeking a 5'x10' space under the Local Craft Tent

RULES FOR ALL VENDORS:
- Bethel Summerfest is a rain or shine event.
- Bethel Summerfest is a non-smoking event.
- Vendors must staff their booths from 10am-4pm unless severe weather becomes a factor.
- Set-up times: July 14, Friday evening, 4-7pm (NO overnight security available) and July 15, Saturday morning, 7-10am.
- Vendors must be set up by 10am, and vehicles moved to off-street parking.
- Space: Your 10'x10' tent plus 2' of clearance on each side = 14'x14' total space.
- Tents, tables, and chairs are NOT provided.
- Tents must be staked and preferably also weighted with anchors.
- Location or designated boundaries of any booth space may not be changed.
- Vendors may stay open through the fireworks until approximately 9:00pm, if they wish.
- Exhibitors must sell his/her products only. Original designs preferred.
- Pets must be on leash and waste removed.
- $10 fee for all cancellations before June 26.
- No refunds after June 26, unless the Chamber cancels this event for any reason. We will then offer a full refund.

Local Artist & Crafters Showcase Tent: $40 (10'x5' space under a large showcase tent) - for MSAD #44 town residents only
Artists & Crafters:
$90 (14'x14' space)
Nonprofits:
$60 (14'x14' space) - for nonprofits offering information, brochures, and handouts OR
FREE - for nonprofits offering a family-oriented activity at their 14'x14' space
Food Vendors:
$275 Commercial -
Space 14'x14'
$150 Nonprofit Organization - Space 14'x14'
