9th Annual SMH5K 2023
If you are an experienced competitor, or if you are interested in participating in your first race, we invite you to walk or run with us on June 4th in the SMH Run for Wellness 5K.Don't wait! Sign up today! Participants signed up prior to May 1st, 2023 will receive a SMH Run for Wellness 5K t-shirt on race day. There will be an awards ceremony following the race for the top finishers.
