BAAM at The Gem: Film Premiere of "Up Country" with Writer/Director Lucas McNelly

BAAM at The Gem presents the film premiere of "Up Country" with film writer/director Lucas McNelly at 6:45pm. Doors will open for food & drink starting at 5:45pm.
 

Film Synopsis: Three friends hire a guide to take them on a fishing trip deep in the Northern Maine woods. But, when the Guide takes all their gear, they find themselves stranded in the middle of nowhere.

Lucas McNelly, who is a friend of Wade and Beth’s (Gem Co-Owners), was born on June 4, 1979 in Waldoboro, Maine. He is a director and writer, known for Up Country (2021), Blanc de blanc (2009) and Maine Noir. He will join us in person at The Gem to introduce his film and do a Q& A following the screening.
