Bethel Outing Club Ski and Snowboard Sale

The Bethel Outing Club Ski & Snowboard Sale happens the last weekend in October at the Gould Academy Field House, 74 Church Street in Bethel -- Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.

The BOC Ski Sale has provided a community service for 44 years by bringing new and used equipment from major ski & snowboard shops and local and visiting skiers/snowboarders to one location, with all proceeds benefiting youth outdoor programming that is organized/supported by the Bethel Outing Club.

The club keeps 20% of the sale price for each item that you sell and you get the rest. Donations of equipment are also welcome and support BOC's non-profit mission. Any alpine gear that is donated to the sale and is not sold will be available to kids who have received a free ski pass to Sunday River Resort through the River Fund Maine ski scholarship program or to Mt. Abram Ski & Bike Resort through the efforts of Friends of Mt. Abram. We will also get cross-country ski gear to kids who are participating on local school teams or in the Maine West Project Play/MKA program. We are extremely happy to support these efforts.
