RESCHEDULED! November 16, 2022 New Registration HERE!
Frontline hospitality workers increasingly find themselves managing challenging customer situations. The Dealing with Difficult Customers workshop is a 90 minute boot-camp class to provide tools for handling challenging situations with guests and co-workers. By better understanding the causes of difficult behavior and how people react, attendees will learn to prepare for and prevent escalating conflict. This interactive workshop will be led by Maureen LaSalle, Certified Hospitality Educator and Chair of the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management programs at Southern Maine Community College.
This workshop is free thanks to the Harold Alfond Center for the Advancement of Maine's Workforce. Participants may be eligible for up to $3000 in scholarships at Maine's Community Colleges! Does your business have training needs? Join the Maine Workforce Development Compact and work with Maine's Community Colleges to customize free trainings for your needs.
