Delivering the best customer experience is key to winning customer loyalty. Frontline professionals are the people who deliver that customer experience. This training workshop will use a focus on people with disabilities to help frontline staff be more aware of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and recognize unconscious and implicit biases towards people who are different from them. Increasing guest satisfaction and providing top quality customer service is the end goal!
