CROP Walk is an outdoor ecumenical (all faiths/denominations) service where everyone is welcome. The event begins at 10 AM on September 18th on Bethel Common. Following the service, there will be CROP (Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty) Walk activity stations for all ages around the Common to educate about hunger and what Church World Service is doing to help with hunger relief. Instead of the traditional CROP walk around town, everything will take place at the Common this year. People can donate towards the work of CROP either at the West Parish Congregational Church booth during Harvestfest on the 17th or at the event itself.
