Customer Service Workshop - Serving People Who Are Different Than Me: Interacting with Customers With Disabilities

Join us for an opportunity to enhance how you interact with diverse populations of customers. Together, we will go over and discuss how to accommodate different abilities and how utilizing some of these techniques/etiquette can improve the experience of all your customers! We will cover a variety of populations of people that have a disability, with the opportunity to put some of these skills to practice throughout the presentation. Bring your questions and or challenges you may have had encountered as we will have time for an open discussion for brainstorming at the end.
Presenters include Brandon Merry, Program Manager at Maine Adaptive Sports & Recreation, and Enock Glidden, a disabled athlete and adventurer, motivational speaker, and advocate for others with disabilities.
