Fall is all about food - harvesting, preserving, and sharing the bounty from our gardens and surroundings! Join Mahoosuc Land Trust for a lively day of on-site demonsrations on cheese, sauerkraut, and jelly making. Learn the basics of beekeeping and how hunting is part of the local food movement. Taste spreads, relishes, and chuntneys made from foraged plants and enjoy a bit of the wild side from a wild foods chef cooking up delicious wild meets and foraged plants. Then, join us for a community dinner to celebrate how food unites us.
