Safely receive all of the benefits of yoga - balance, strength, ease of movement, flexibility - in this modified for seniors yoga class on Zoom. We start with warm-ups in the chair, work on balance and strength in standing poses, then improve our flexibility on the mat. We always end with a deep relaxation (some say it's the best part).

Taught by Lisa Davidson, E- RYT 500 with over 40 years teaching experience and certified in teaching yoga to seniors. For a variety of reasons, many seniors should be modifying their yoga practice. Learn how to keep yourself safe in Lisa's class. Then you can bring that wisdom to any yoga class you take in the future.
