Telstar Middle School will be hosting Girls on the Run’s Heart & Sole program for girls in 6th, 7th and 8th grade this spring! Here, girls: · Develop strength and endurance through physical activity · Become mindful, empathetic and independent critical thinkers · Look inward to learn more about themselves and what makes th Like the Girls on the Run program for girls in 3rd to 5th grade, Heart & Sole connects participants to coaches that are trained, compassionate and committed. In fact, 97% of participants reported feeling comfortable talking to their coaches. Your girl needs role models, and empowering activities and discussions like this, now more than ever.
