About Us
Butcher Burger was established in the Spring of 2014 in Old Orchard Beach, ME. We now have a year-round location in Bethel, ME, it is our first full-service Butcher Burger restaurant where we can share our unique twist on burgers, Maine-caught lobster rolls, sandwiches and munchies. In 2021, we opened our second year-round location in the heart of the Old Port in Portland, Maine.
We pride ourselves in supporting local breweries and we are pleased to serve you the very best of what the Maine beer scene has to offer. We carry Maine beer, exclusively. Our relationships with the brewing industry and the local seafood community is very important to us.
We prepare all of our food in house from scratch, using fresh ingredients. Our lobster is locally sourced from the Linda Kate Lobster Company out of Portland, ME and it is steamed / hand-picked in-house. All food waste and organic materials at Butcher Burger are composted and donated locally to Pleasant River Farm.
