About Us
Formerly Mahoosuc Pathways, we are dedicated to creating economic growth and prosperity by connecting communities through the development, maintenance, and promotion of a multi-use recreational trail network for human-powered activities for all ages and abilities. Our work connects communities, local economies, supports healthy lifestyles, natural resources, and fosters respect for landowners.
Our many projects and trail locations include: year-round Bethel Village Trails at The Bethel Resort & Suites (formerly Bethel Inn Resort), Bacon Hill (mtn bike trails), Bethel Community Forest (hiking and mtn bike trails), PACT (mtn bike trails in Rumford).
Bethel Village Trails (BVT) offers a pay-to-play winter trail network for cross country skiing, fat biking, and snowshoeing on over 30km of groomed trails, suitable for beginner to expert skiers. Season passes, day passes, rentals and lessons may all be purchased on the Winter Trail Center page of our website. The Winter Trail Center is located in the Bethel Resort & Suites at 21 Broad Street.
