About Us
Bryant Pond 4-H Camp provides unique summer camp opportunities to youth ages 6-17 during the summer months, and hosts visiting school groups during the school year. We are the home of the Telstar Freshman Academy, the hub for the Northstar program, and also offer adult programs and workshops year round.
Our programs focus on youth development and connecting people to the outdoors in many ways. Popular activities include canoeing, camping, hiking, fishing and hunting skills, primitive skills, shooting sports, ecology, and team building. Our amazing staff are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone and we pride ourselves in being able to meet your needs and help to create memories that will last a lifetime. Check out our website for program specifics and to register. You can call our office with any questions, or our director at 207-890-9524.
The mission of Bryant Pond is to provide affordable, experiential education in conservation and in the development of outdoor skills, within a natural setting, for people of all ages and backgrounds. This mission supports the broader mission of the University of Maine Cooperative Extension 4-H Youth Development Program, to help Maine people improve their lives through education that uses research-based knowledge focused on issues, needs and aspirations.
