The Thaddeus Twitchell House is located in the historic town of Bethel and it is one of the area's most beautifully restored landmark homes. Originally built in 1813, this unique home has undergone a series of renovations to create its current luxury accommodations.

Situated halfway between Historic Bethel Village and Sunday River Ski Resort, the house is located on the Mountain Explorer route, a free service that transports residents and visitors to and from the Sunday River Resort and Bethel Village every half-hour all winter long. Nearby, several notable restaurants and family-friendly activities can be found.
