Bethel Area Chamber of Commerce Announces Award Winners 

Bethel, ME – The Bethel Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the winners of this year’s well deserved awards, recognizing outstanding contributions to our community. These awards will be presented at our Annual Awards & Meeting on November 1 at Loose Boots at Mt. Abram. Join us to celebrate and honor these exceptional individuals and businesses!

The Henry H. Hastings Award will honor Lizz Peacock, whose extraordinary dedication to community service has made a profound impact on the Bethel Area.

Business of the Year will be awarded to Mainely Provisions - Bethel, a standout organization that has demonstrated exceptional performance, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in the Bethel area.

Employee of the Year will be awarded to Diane Merrill, acknowledged for their exceptional performance, dedication, and positive attitude in her role at Wheelers Insurance for over 21 years.

The Educator of the Year award will go to Mark Kenney, Superintendent of SAD#44, recognized for his remarkable contributions to education that have positively shaped the lives of countless students.

Lastly, the Special Recognition award will be given to the Veterans Honor Roll Committee, for their dedication to create, honor and memorialize the Veterans from the Bethel Area from the past, present and future.

Join us for this special evening to honor our award winners. This event is a celebration of our collective achievements and a chance to look ahead at new initiatives.
