NAHQ’s framework provides an industry-standard toolset that reduces variability in healthcare delivery, ensuring a common vocabulary and structured approach to quality across the healthcare landscape.

With this certification, Millie has distinguished herself as a leader in healthcare quality, demonstrating expertise across key domains including Quality Review and Accountability, Professional Engagement, Quality Leadership and Integration, Performance and Process Improvement, Population Health and Care Transitions, Health Data Analytics, Patient Safety, and Regulatory and Accreditation.
